ENGWE sells the X20, X24 and X26 as one product page with three different bikes on it: 20-inch, 24-inch and 26-inch wheels, each with its own geometry, battery pairing and weight.

What actually differs between the three
ENGWE publishes a full geometry set for each, and they are not small differences.
- X26: 26-inch, 196 cm long, saddle 94 to 121.5 cm, riders 5 ft 6 in to 6 ft 6 in, 96 lbs
- X24: 24-inch, 187 cm long, saddle 90 to 121.5 cm, riders 5 ft 7 in to 6 ft 5 in, 92 lbs
- X20: 20-inch, 170 cm long, saddle 84.5 to 106 cm, riders 5 ft 5 in to 6 ft 2 in, 82 lbs
The X20 also carries 65 Nm rather than 70, and a different pair of batteries. Fourteen pounds and twenty-six centimetres separate the ends of that range.
29.2Ah across two packs
On the X26 and X24 that is a 19.2Ah pack and a 10Ah pack together: more capacity than 95% of our catalogue.
Two packs mean a failure in one does not leave you walking, and you can charge only one when the ride is short. ENGWE claims 150 km in ECO mode and eight hours for a full charge.
Hydraulic brakes and thirty degrees of climb

One finger is enough, they do not fade on a long descent, and they keep their bite in the wet. On a 96 lb bike loaded to 330, that is not optional.

One more ratio means a wider spread, which matters on a bike ridden both on flat ground and on rough terrain. The frame is 6061 aluminium on all three.
It folds, but it is not small
The X26 folds to 110 × 72 × 120 cm and weighs 96 lbs; the X20 folds to 103 × 68 × 79 cm at 82 lbs.
Folding here is for the van and the garage, not for carrying. Measure before you order, and note that the folded height differs by 41 cm between the largest and the smallest.

- Do the bikes need assembly?
- Most electric bikes arrive 85 to 90 per cent pre-assembled. You will usually need to attach the handlebars, pedals, and adjust the seat. A basic tool set is often included.
- Are BikTron electric bikes legal to ride in the UK?
- Yes. All bikes sold by BikTron that meet UK EAPC rules (250W motor, max 15.5 mph assisted speed, pedal-assisted only) are fully road-legal. You do not need a licence, tax, or insurance to ride them on public roads. Riders must be at least 14 years old.
- What about the electric scooters?
- Those are different, and the law treats them differently. A privately owned e-scooter cannot legally be ridden on a public road, pavement or cycle lane in the UK, whoever sold it. We sell ours for private land use only, with the landowner's permission, and every scooter product page says so. If you want something you can ride to work, choose an electric bike.
