Every electric bike sold by BikTron comes with a manufacturer warranty as standard.
What is Covered?
- Most bikes include a 12-month manufacturer warranty — the exact duration may vary by brand and model, check the product page for details
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, and electrical components under normal use
What is Not Covered?
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear (brake pads, tyres, chains, etc.)
- Damage caused by modifications or use of non-compatible parts
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email us at info@biktron.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if you have them. We will review the claim and come back to you within 2 business days.
Our Commitment
We take warranty claims seriously. If your bike has a genuine fault within the warranty period, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve it with a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
