1. Orders and Payments
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and approved
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
- All prices on biktron.uk include UK VAT unless clearly stated otherwise
- If we cannot fulfil your order due to stock issues or a pricing error, we will notify you and issue a full refund
2. Delivery
- We deliver to UK mainland addresses using trusted couriers such as DHL, DPD, UPS, and Parcel Force
- Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days
- You will receive tracking details by email after dispatch
- If a delivery fails after three attempts and the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery
3. Returns and Refunds
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us first to arrange it
- Bikes must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories and packaging
- Refunds are issued after inspection, usually within 2 to 5 business days
- If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping in full
4. Product Information
- We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen displays or manufacturing updates
- Specification details such as range and speed are manufacturer estimates. Actual performance may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, and conditions
5. Warranty
All bikes include a manufacturer warranty. Duration varies by brand and model. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
6. Liability
BikTron is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of our products or failure to comply with UK road regulations. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7. UK Road Regulations
Electric bikes that meet UK EAPC rules (250W motor, max 15.5 mph assisted speed) are road-legal. Riders must be at least 14 years old. Customers are responsible for ensuring they use products in compliance with applicable UK laws.
8. Privacy and Data
Personal data is collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
