UK Shipping
- Free standard delivery on most bikes to UK mainland addresses
- Most bikes are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours of your order
- Standard delivery: 2 to 7 business days depending on location
- Some remote areas (for example, Scottish Highlands or islands) may have a small surcharge — contact us before ordering if you are unsure
- We use trusted couriers including DHL, DPD, UPS, and Parcel Force — all fully tracked
Order Tracking
Once your bike is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your delivery every step of the way. If you miss the first delivery, your courier will leave instructions for rebooking or collection.
Assembly
Most electric bikes arrive 85 to 90 per cent pre-assembled. Basic setup (handlebars, pedals, seat) is usually all that is needed and takes around 15 to 20 minutes. Tools are often included.
Important Notes
- If a delivery fails after three attempts and the order is returned to us, re-delivery may require an additional fee
- Collection from our Birmingham warehouse may be possible by arrangement — contact us first
