Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your new electric bike. If it is not the right fit, our returns process is straightforward.
Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us first before sending anything back.
Return Conditions
- The bike must be unused and in its original condition
- All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
- Items returned without authorisation may not be eligible for a refund
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@biktron.uk with your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the bike and packaging if possible. We will reply within 2 to 3 business days with instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned bike, we will confirm whether the refund is approved
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, faulty on arrival), we cover return shipping in full
- If you are returning because of a change of mind or wrong model ordered, you may be responsible for return shipping costs
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your bike arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@biktron.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
To cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not shipped can usually be cancelled and fully refunded. If your order has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives using the process above.
