The manufacturer's figures, not ours.
This one carries 480 Wh of battery. The maker quotes 16 mi; in mixed riding with some hills, expect nearer 12 mi. A full charge costs about £0.13. Across a year that is roughly £972.00 less than making the same journeys by car, so the bike pays for itself in about 7 months. Everything here is worked out from this bike's own specification. Estimates, not promises: the assumptions are printed underneath.

Your daily commute, finally effortless
The Engwe T14 is built for city riders who want a dependable, easy-to-store electric bike without the bulk. With a 250W motor, 15.5 mph assisted speed, and a 16-mile range, it handles the everyday trip to work or the shops with ease. When you're done, it folds down small enough to tuck into a hallway cupboard or car boot.

A motor that keeps up with you
The 250W hub motor delivers smooth, consistent assistance up to 15.5 mph, so you arrive without breaking a sweat. With 30 Nm of torque, it pulls away cleanly from traffic lights and copes with gentle inclines up to 7 degrees. It is fully compliant with UK road law for electric bikes.

Go further on every charge
The 48V 10Ah lithium-ion battery gives you up to 16 miles of electric assistance, enough for most city round trips. A full charge takes 6-8 hours, so you can plug in overnight and be ready for the morning. The battery is neatly integrated into the frame, keeping the bike looking tidy and protecting it from the elements.

A smoother ride, even on rough roads
The Engwe T14's triple suspension system absorbs bumps from potholes and uneven tarmac, so you stay comfortable on longer rides. The 14-inch tyres add extra cushioning and stability, while the adjustable saddle and handlebars let you find a natural riding position. It is designed for riders from 4.5 to 5.5 feet tall.

Braking you can trust in any weather
Mechanical disc brakes give you reliable stopping power in both dry and wet conditions, which matters on rainy UK commutes. The brakes are easy to maintain and provide consistent feel at the levers. With a maximum load of 220 lbs, the bike stays stable and controlled even when fully loaded.

Simple controls, clear information
The handlebar-mounted display shows your speed, battery level, and assist mode at a glance, so you can focus on the road. Controls are within easy reach, letting you switch between power levels without taking your eyes off traffic. Everything is designed to be intuitive from your very first ride.

Built to fold, made to last
The Engwe T14 folds in two simple steps to a compact 79 x 47 x 73 cm, making it easy to carry onto a train or store under a desk. At 50 lbs, it is light enough to lift into a car boot or up a flight of stairs. The sturdy frame and quality components are built for daily use, so you can rely on it mile after mile.
