This Model Is Fully Compliant With UK Road Regulations
This bike is built to comply with UK Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC) regulations, meaning it can be used on public roads and cycle paths without registration, tax, or a licence. Motor assistance is limited to 250W and cuts off at 15.5 mph (25 km/h).
See UK LegislationThis one carries 374 Wh of battery. The maker quotes 11 mi; in mixed riding with some hills, expect nearer 8 mi. A full charge costs about £0.10. Across a year that is roughly £969.00 less than making the same journeys by car, so the bike pays for itself in about 4 months. Everything here is worked out from this bike's own specification. Estimates, not promises: the assumptions are printed underneath.

Your everyday escape, ready when you are
The Hidoes C5 is for commuters who want to skip the traffic and weekend riders who fancy a bit of fresh air. It folds down in seconds, fits in a car boot or under a desk, and gets you up to 15.5 mph with a 250W motor that's fully UK road legal. With a 10.4Ah battery giving 11 miles of electric range, it's the practical way to make short trips feel like a treat.

A motor that makes hills feel smaller
The 250W motor delivers smooth acceleration and enough grunt to climb most urban slopes without breaking a sweat. It's tuned to UK regulations, so you stay legal while enjoying a genuine boost. Whether you're pulling away from lights or cruising along a canal path, the power comes on steadily and predictably.

Battery range that fits your daily loop
The 36V 10.4Ah battery gives you up to 11 miles of purely electric riding on a single charge. That's enough for a typical commute to the station, a trip to the shops, or a couple of laps around the park. Charging takes 6 to 8 hours, so you can plug in overnight and be ready to go by morning.

Comfort that keeps you riding longer
The Hidoes C5 is built around a cushioned ride, with 14-inch off-road air tyres that soak up bumps from cracked tarmac and gravel paths. The ergonomic design keeps your posture relaxed, so a 5-mile trip feels easy rather than tiring. You'll arrive at work or the café without feeling rattled.

Brakes that stop you with confidence
Front and rear disc brakes give you strong, controlled stopping power in wet or dry conditions. That matters on busy UK streets where cars, pedestrians, and potholes appear without warning. The brakes are low-maintenance and reliable, so you can ride with peace of mind.

A frame that's light enough to carry
The iron and aluminium alloy frame keeps the weight down to 51 lbs, which is manageable for lifting into a train carriage or up a flight of stairs. It's rated to carry up to 265 lbs, so it suits a wide range of riders. The folding mechanism is quick and secure, letting you switch from riding to carrying in about three seconds.

Everything you need to get rolling
In the box you'll find the Hidoes C5 electric bike, its charger, and the tools needed for basic assembly. The front LED headlight and tail light are already fitted, so you're visible from day one. Just charge the battery, unfold the bike, and you're ready to ride.
