Full suspension, a torque sensor and LG cells, four hundred pounds off
The Cyrusher Flex is a full suspension mountain bike at £1,364 from £1,799, on 27.5 inch Kenda tyres with LOGAN hydraulic brakes.
Road legal at 250W: no licence, no tax, no insurance, nothing to register.
Suspension at both ends, and the rear one is an air shock
An EXSHO fork at the front and a DNM AO-6 air shock with 165 mm of travel at the back. Air, not a coil, which means you tune it to your weight with a pump instead of accepting whatever spring the factory fitted.
That is a mountain bike specification rather than a comfort feature. On a rooted descent it is the difference between riding the line you chose and being bounced off it.
Torque sensor and cadence sensor together
Most electric bikes have one or the other. A cadence sensor knows the pedals are turning; a torque sensor knows how hard you are pushing.
Running both means the motor comes in immediately and then scales with your effort. Press gently on the flat and you get a little; stand on the pedals for a climb and it gives you everything. It feels like your own legs got stronger rather than like a switch being thrown.
LG cells, rated for 800 charges
A 48 volt fifteen amp hour pack built on LG cells, inside the frame rather than bolted to the outside, rated for 800 full cycles. At two charges a week that is eight years.
Cyrusher quote 95 km, which is 59 miles, and that is longer than sixty per cent of our catalogue on a full suspension frame.

LOGAN hydraulic brakes, 180 mm both ends
Fully hydraulic with 180 mm rotors front and rear, which is a larger disc than most bikes at this price fit even at the front.
A bigger rotor means more leverage and more surface to shed heat, so they hold on a long descent instead of fading. On a sixty eight pound bike carrying 350 pounds down a hill, that is the specification that matters.
Twenty seven point five inch Kenda tyres
Two point six inches wide on a 27.5 inch rim: the modern trail standard, sitting between a fast cross country tyre and a slow fat one.

Three hundred and fifty pounds of payload
Higher than eighty four per cent of our range, on a bike that already weighs sixty eight pounds with its battery in.
The pack alone is 3.9 kg, so take it out and the frame drops to twenty seven kilograms for lifting onto a rack.
Lights fitted, and a brake light
A headlight and brake tail lights, run off the main battery. The tail light comes on when you slow, which is unusual on a mountain bike and useful on the road ride out to the trail.

Seven to nine hours on charge
The supplied charger is a two amp unit, so this is an overnight job rather than an evening one. It is the trade for fifteen amp hours of capacity on a slower, gentler charge.
Plug it in when you get home and top it up rather than running it flat.
Before the first ride
It arrives largely assembled. Allow half an hour.
- Fit the front wheel, handlebar and pedals
- Set the rear air shock pressure for your weight, which is the single most important setup step
- Bed the hydraulic brakes in at walking pace before a first descent
- Set the saddle between 88 cm and 96.5 cm
- Charge to full once before the first long ride
Who it is not for
Riders under about 5ft 7in, because Cyrusher size this frame from 170 cm to 200 cm and a standover of 72 cm is high. Also anyone with stairs, and anyone wanting a bike for flat commuting, where full suspension is weight you carry and never use.
Buy it if you ride off tarmac and want the suspension, the brakes and the sensor to be real rather than nominal. At £1,364 with an air shock and a torque sensor it is the most complete bike in our range under fifteen hundred pounds.

- Do the bikes need assembly?
- Most electric bikes arrive 85 to 90 per cent pre-assembled. You will usually need to attach the handlebars, pedals, and adjust the seat. A basic tool set is often included.
- Are BikTron electric bikes legal to ride in the UK?
- Yes. All bikes sold by BikTron that meet UK EAPC rules (250W motor, max 15.5 mph assisted speed, pedal-assisted only) are fully road-legal. You do not need a licence, tax, or insurance to ride them on public roads. Riders must be at least 14 years old.
- What about the electric scooters?
- Those are different, and the law treats them differently. A privately owned e-scooter cannot legally be ridden on a public road, pavement or cycle lane in the UK, whoever sold it. We sell ours for private land use only, with the landowner's permission, and every scooter product page says so. If you want something you can ride to work, choose an electric bike.
