This Model Is Fully Compliant With UK Road Regulations
This bike is built to comply with UK Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC) regulations, meaning it can be used on public roads and cycle paths without registration, tax, or a licence. Motor assistance is limited to 250W and cuts off at 15.5 mph (25 km/h).
See UK LegislationThis one carries 780 Wh of battery. The maker quotes 60 mi; in mixed riding with some hills, expect nearer 45 mi. A full charge costs about £0.22. Across a year that is roughly £982.00 less than making the same journeys by car, so the bike pays for itself in about 15 months. Everything here is worked out from this bike's own specification. Estimates, not promises: the assumptions are printed underneath.

Seven hundred and eighty watt hours, eighty newton metres, and a 42 cm step over
The Cyrusher Aura runs a 52 volt system with Samsung 21700 cells totalling 780 Wh, and 80 Nm of torque, at £1,164 from £1,799.
Road legal at 250W: no licence, no tax, no insurance, nothing to register.

How it differs from the Zenith
We also list the Cyrusher Zenith at the same price, on the same 52 volt system with the same 80 newton metres. The difference is the frame.
The Zenith has a crossbar. This one drops to a 42 cm standover, which is as low as anything we list, so you step through rather than lift a leg over anything. If getting on and off easily matters, this is the one; if it does not, the Zenith is the same bike with a conventional top tube.

Fifty two volts, and Samsung 21700 cells
Two specifications that usually sit on bikes costing twice this. The 21700 is the larger, newer cylindrical cell, and 52 volts moves the same power at lower current, which means less heat and less sag when the motor is working.
Seven hundred and eighty watt hours is a large pack by any measure. The panel below turns it into energy per mile and gives you the assist bands.

Eighty newton metres from a 250W motor
Exceptional for a road legal bike, and torque is what you feel: pulling away, starting on a hill, moving off with a loaded rack.
On a seventy six pound fat tyre bike with a step-through frame, it is the difference between a motor that helps and a motor that apologises.

A torque sensor and a cadence sensor together
Most bikes have one. A cadence sensor knows the pedals are turning; a torque sensor knows how hard you are pushing.
Both together means the motor arrives immediately and then scales with your effort, which on a heavy step-through frame is what makes it feel like a bicycle rather than a machine you are operating.

Logan hydraulic brakes with two piston calipers
Two pistons rather than one, which spreads the pad more evenly and gives more braking for the same lever effort.
On a bike this heavy on twenty six inch fat tyres, that is the specification you notice going downhill rather than uphill.

Twenty six inch fat tyres, which is the better size
Most fat bikes use twenty inch wheels. Twenty six rolls over an obstacle instead of climbing it, and holds speed across rough ground rather than bleeding it away.
- Chaoyang 26 by 4 inch tyres
- A coil sprung fork at the front
- An integrated aluminium bar and stem
- Shimano seven speed on a single chainring

The geometry, which is what a step-through is bought for
Standover 42 cm, seat from 82 to 102.5 cm, a 68.5 degree head angle and a 121 cm wheelbase.
A slack head angle and a long wheelbase make a bike stable rather than quick, which is exactly right for a heavy bike carrying a load at low speed. The saddle range covers most adults without changing the post.

Seven to eight hours on charge
A two amp charger on 780 watt hours, so this is an overnight job. The pack alone is 4.5 kg and comes off the frame to charge indoors.
Top it up rather than running it flat.

Before the first ride
It arrives largely assembled.
- Fit the front wheel, handlebar and pedals
- Bed the hydraulic brakes in at walking pace before a first descent
- Set tyre pressure: soft for grip, firmer for range on tarmac
- Set the saddle between 82 cm and 102.5 cm
- Charge to full once before the first long ride

The payload is not published
Cyrusher do not state a maximum load for this model, so the table below leaves that row out rather than filling it with a guess. On a step-through frame that is the row people most want, because the dropped top tube is the part carrying the load.
At seventy six pounds it is also a bike you wheel rather than carry. Ask us before you order and we will chase the figure from the supplier.
Buy it for the 52 volt system, the 780 watt hour pack and a step over as low as any we list. Nothing else in our range puts those three together at this price.
