The AAIRSK Q7 claims forty-seven miles from one of the smallest batteries in our range. That is not marketing: it comes from being light, at fifty-one pounds, and from not dragging fat tyres or a heavy frame behind it.
It is road legal, and it undercuts ninety-three percent of the catalogue.
Weight is the specification you regret ignoring
People compare motors and batteries and never compare weight, and then live with the consequence every day. A lighter electric bike is easier to wheel, easier to lift onto a rack, easier to get through a doorway, and far less punishing when the battery is empty.
This is one of the lightest bikes we stock. One person can manage it without help.
Efficient, because there is less of it to move
A small battery that goes a long way is a bike that wastes little. Narrow tyres, a modest frame and a 250W motor working within itself are what produce that number.
The panel below turns it into energy per mile, which is the fair way to compare this against a heavier bike with a bigger pack.
A unisex frame, which means it fits more people
The frame is built to suit a range of riders without anything being swapped out. Setting the saddle is usually the whole adjustment.
If the bike is going to be shared in a household, that is worth more than a specification.
Twenty-six inch wheels, and a normal riding position
Large wheels roll over what small ones drop into, and the upright position keeps you looking at the traffic rather than at the front tyre.

Disc brakes, cable-operated on purpose
Front and rear discs hold their stopping power in the rain, which rim brakes do not.

What to do before the first ride
It arrives largely assembled.
- Fit the front wheel, handlebar and pedals
- Set the saddle so your leg is nearly straight at full extension
- Check both brakes before you go anywhere
- Charge to full once before commuting on it
Ordinary parts, and that is the point
Nothing on this bike is proprietary. The brakes, the chain, the wheels and the tyres are standard bicycle hardware, and any shop in the country can work on them without a dealer account.
On a bike bought to be cheap, that is what keeps it cheap for the next five years.
A small battery is still a small battery
The efficiency is real and the capacity is genuinely low. Cold weather, a headwind or a steep route will cut the range hard, and there is no second battery to fit.
It is also not built for rough ground or heavy loads. There is no suspension worth the name and the brakes are mechanical. This is a bike for roads and paths, and it is very good at that.

- Can I return my electric bike?
- Yes. You can ride the bike and still return it. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we book the courier and collect it from your door. Contact us first and we will guide you through the process.
- Do the bikes need assembly?
- Most electric bikes arrive 85 to 90 per cent pre-assembled. You will usually need to attach the handlebars, pedals, and adjust the seat. A basic tool set is often included.
- Are BikTron electric bikes legal to ride in the UK?
- Yes. All bikes sold by BikTron that meet UK EAPC rules (250W motor, max 15.5 mph assisted speed, pedal-assisted only) are fully road-legal. You do not need a licence, tax, or insurance to ride them on public roads. Riders must be at least 14 years old.
- What about the electric scooters?
- Those are different, and the law treats them differently. A privately owned e-scooter cannot legally be ridden on a public road, pavement or cycle lane in the UK, whoever sold it. We sell ours for private land use only, with the landowner's permission, and every scooter product page says so. If you want something you can ride to work, choose an electric bike.
